Thanksgiving Slow-Cooking: New Twists on Old Classics

Thanksgiving is steeped in tradition more than any other holiday, with the possible exception of Christmas. Yet even Christmas feels more appropriate to mix up the menu from time to time. Thanksgiving is known first and foremost for food, and it seems that everyone has a strict menu that they adhere to every year. This is all well and good, but sometimes an adjustment can be made to make such a large amount of cooking easier. And in 2020, when many families are not holding their usual large gatherings there is either an inability to produce the usual menu or a necessity to not do so.

Well that’s where today’s show attempted to help. We shared some great ideas for slow cooker recipes to free up your oven and make Thanksgiving easier. You can find everything we shared and more HERE. It even includes some ideas for what to do with your Thanksgiving leftovers. If you try any of these, let us know how they turn out!
