The slogan for Food For The Hungry is “Working together to care for our neighbors.” There are so many community events is Knox County to support Food For The Hungry.
Audrey Spearman is hosting one of these events called The Festival of Trees. This is a great event to raise money and food for Food For The Hungry in a fun and unique way.

MVNU Theatre presents āLittle Womenā for 3 performances in Thorne Performance Hall.
Adapted by Scott Davidson, Louisa May Alcott’s Little Women follows the triumphs and tribulations of the March Sisters during the American Civil War. We follow the lives of Meg, the eldest; Jo, the high-spirited tomboy; Amy, the self-centered beauty; and gentle Beth. This adaptation is true to the beloved book as we watch the March Sisters grow up before our very eyes while surrounded by a loving family and new friends. Audiences of all generations will enjoy acquainting ā or reacquainting ā themselves with this timeless tale.
All performances take place in Thorne Performance Hall in the R.R. Hodges Chapel on the main campus of Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
Performances are November 14th, 15th, and 16th at 7:30 PM.
