Fredericktown Interchurch Social Services celebrates a NEW building
The NEW Fredericktown Interchurch Social Services building hosted a ribbon cutting on Tuesday, 9/28.
WNZR joins our community to congratulate this fantastic ministry for their service to families in Fredericktown.
Their new location is at 57 North Main Street in Fredericktown. Look for the new blue building with the red door at the corner of Main and 2nd Streets.
Katie Frazier, Fredericktown’s Branch Manager shared with WNZR about the timeline of this new project and the new features that will help them serve families.

Handel’s Messiah Returns to MVNU for 2021
The Morning Thing had the opportunity this week to speak with Dr. Bob Tocheff of the MVNU Music Department. Dr. Tocheff was pleased to report that the usually-annual performance of Handel’s Messiah, which had been cancelled last year due to COVID-19, is returning to MVNU for 2021. While the performance is not until Sunday, December 5th, rehearsals are beginning and the community is invited to take part. Anyone interested in joining can reach out to Dr. Tocheff at Bob.Tocheff@mvnu.edu or by calling 740-397-9000 ext. 3005. The community is invited to rehearsal on Wednesday, September 29th from 4:40 to 5:40.
