The Morning Thing had the opportunity this week to speak with Dr. Bob Tocheff of the MVNU Music Department. Dr. Tocheff was pleased to report that the usually-annual performance of Handel’s Messiah, which had been cancelled last year due to COVID-19, is returning to MVNU for 2021. While the performance is not until Sunday, December 5th, rehearsals are beginning and the community is invited to take part. The community is invited to rehearsal on Wednesday, September 29th from 4:40 to 5:40.
