March is Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month.

Brittany Coon with the Knox County Board of Developmental Disabilities talks about the history of the month including when President Ronald Reagan designated the month in 1987.

She tells us about two folks who were the Individual Spotlight Award winners: Cheyenne Proper and Sabrina Wilson.,
