The Salvation Army kicked-off the 2018 Red Kettle Campaign on 11/20. WNZR’s Marcy Rinehart talked with Capt. Christine Moretz about this year’s goal, kettle locations, the need for bell ringers and her heart for ministry to our community.

2,248 total families served with food/financial assistance
28 families assisted with rent or mortgage
66 families assisted with a utility shut off
6 families assisted with emergency lodging
52,794 meals provided through the food pantry
7,595 meals served through hot meals
1,504 meals served to children through Kids Clubs
41 Music and Arts instruction classes
116 days of tutoring through the Learning Zone
40 Teen leadership classes
10 Crock Pot Class graduates
22 children sent to overnight camp
60 Summer Day Campers
