MVNU Track and Field Tribute Week – Simon Rohwer and Ryan Lehman!

We had a chance to talk with Simon Rohwer and Ryan Lehman, from the MVNU Track and Field Team, ahead of their trip to Outdoor Nationals! They share with us about their season and year at MVNU! We also get to chat about what motivates the guys as well as their experiences this year as freshman!

They ran in the 4x800m relay yesterday and finished 11th of 30 teams! Congratulations on a fantastic season!

MVNU Track and Field Tribute Week – Evan Hodkinson

We had a chance to talk with Evan Hodkinson, from the MVNU Men’s Track and Field Team!

Evan shares with us about everything nationals! Evan is running 3 different events! So we will talk about his past experiences at the national championships, as well as what his goals are this year! We also get to chat about what motivates him and what is next for him, now that he is graduated.

Evan and the rest of his team are headed to Marion, Indiana this week to compete and we wish them the best of luck!

We had a chance to talk with Lyssi Snouffer, from the MVNU Women’s Track and Field Team!

Lyssi shares with us about everything nationals! We talk about her past experiences, as well as what her goals are this year! We also get to chat about what motivates her and what is next for her after graduation.

MVNU Track and Field Tribute Week – Mason Hendrickson and Tyler Shipley!

We had a chance to talk with Mason Hendrickson and Tyler Shipley, from the MVNU Men’s Track and Field Team!

Mason shares with us about his track experiences leading into his 6th National Championship appearance! He is competing in the steeplechase and just posted his best times of the season!

Tyler also shares with us what it has been like going to nationals before, as well as what he is expecting this time around. The pole vault is his event and he is currently ranked 3rd in the nation!

Not to mention both of these guys have a very special date coming up!

They are headed to compete in Marion, Indiana this week and we wish them the best of luck!

Today, we introduce you to Ethan Cline. He is a Sophomore Communication & Media (Digital Media) Major from Howard, OH.

Wyatt tells us that originally, he was a graphic design major and then he had a class with Jayme McMillan and that changed his mind.

Wyatt is very active here at MVNU. He is on the Volleyball Team and plays Esports. He also likes golf and works at a golf course.

He shares some of his favorite foods and artists and memories he has made here at MVNU.

Ethan talks about how God has been working in his life. His favorite verse is Psalm 86:12.

He got started with our WNZR Video Team and enjoys calling volleyball games.

Wyatt is very active here at MVNU. He is on the Bowling Team and plays Esports. He talks about how the Bowling Team just took 2nd place in the Crossroads League Championship!

He shares some of his favorite foods and artists and memories he has made here at MVNU.

Wyatt talks about how God has been working in his life. His favorite verse is Jeramiah 29:11

MVNU Cross Country hosts the “Before the Bird” 5K Run and Walk

MVNU’s Cross Country Coach, Simon Taylor stopped by WNZR to chat about the team and an exciting event.

Registration is from 8:15am – 8:45am
Race starts at 9am
Where – MVNU Campus Chapel.

All proceeds from the event are donated to MVNU Cross Country.

WNZR shares an MVNU Update with Dr. Henry Spaulding

WNZR’s Marcy Rinehart talked with Dr. Henry Spaulding for the October MVNU Presidential Update. Dr. Spaulding shared the latest COVID update from campus, including the current case numbers and how MVNU will begin new campus-wide COVID testing soon.

He also shared the calendar changes coming to the fall and spring semester, fall enrollment stats and encouragement for students, faculty, and staff as MVNU face the second half of the fall semester.
