WNZR loves connecting you with all aspects of the Knox County Fair, from the 4H members, to the Fair Board, to the animal sales. We especially love when ever we get to talk with any of the kids involved and hear their stories, whether they are showing animals or are taking projects to the state fair. Marcy Rinehart had the opportunity to have one of these wonderful conversations this week at the Fair with this year’s Little Miss Knox County Fair, Elizabeth Swetnam. You can hear Marcy’s entire conversation with Elizabeth HERE.
We want to congratulate Elizabeth on being crowned Little Miss Knox County Fair 2021! We also would like to congratulate Presley Smith who was crowned Little Miss Knox County Fair 2020 this week as well since the competition could not be held last year due to the pandemic.

WNZR’s Marcy Rinehart talked with Jim Blanchard, President of the Junior Fair Sales Committee. Jim shared the details of Sale Day including the schedule, how to become a buyer and how the animal processing works for the buyers. He also talked about the success of Sale Day and his hopes and expectations for 2021.

WNZR brings you a special broadcast on Thursday, 7/29. Join us LIVE from 9:30am – 11:30am at the Knox County Fair Sale of Champions.
We will bring you the results as they happen – as the grand and reserve champion animals are sold. We’ll also talk to the 4-H kids that have shown these award-winning animals.
Listen on 90.9FM, online at wnzr.fm or with the WNZR app for your cell phone.
Thanks to Park National Bank and Revere Roofing Company for partnering with us to bring you live results from this year’s Sale of Champions!
WNZR salutes the 2021 4H members that have won first place in their projects. These winners will now showcase these projects at the Ohio State Fair.
We wish them the best of luck as they continue to compete and share their talents.
Congratulations!
